Job Summary
A business services and development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Full Cycle Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers and can effectively pitch and articulate the role to them
- Managing and influencing relationships with a variety of teams to ensure overall staffing objectives are met
- Developing and monitoring metrics that improve sourcing efficacy and demonstrate ROI
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of full-cycle in-house technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to consult, influence and manage clients
- Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
