Job Summary

A nonprofit is filling a position for a Remote Senior Full Life Cycle Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Identify top talent across line-of-business, geographies and diverse cultures
  • Successfully source, cold call, screen and manage the interview and offer process
  • Manage Applicant tracking System and track candidate applications

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to conduct interviews (in person, phone, Skype)
  • BA/BS degree in business or human resources management
  • 7-10 years' demonstrated experience recruiting diverse populations for multiple locations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as internet navigation
  • Experience in working with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations
