Job Summary

An entertainment content company has an open position for a Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Code new features from our Rails web server to our frontend UI
  • Use HTML/CSS, Javascript, React.js, Stimulus.js, and CSS utilities like Tailwind
  • Work with the rest of the server team to build our GraphQL API and support our mobile apps

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent training and experience
  • You have 4 or more years experience in web development
  • You feel comfortable working on server-side data pipelines, and API integrations, and SQL data modeling
  • You have experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript—bonus if you are comfortable with modern web UI frameworks (like React and Tailwind)
  • You know when and how to write unit tests to cover the critical functionality of your code
  • You have experience with Ruby on Rails, or similar web frameworks and programming languages (like Django/Python, Spring/Java, etc.)
