Job Summary

A national staffing firm is seeking a Remote Senior Full stack JavaScript Developer in Portland.

Must be able to:

  • Communicate with internal and external business partners to qualify and shape requirements
  • Embrace software development practices, tools, and frameworks
  • Development of robust solutions to hard problems considering scale, security, reliability, and cost

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Advanced skills developing with JavaScript on the server-side
  • Working knowledge of latest features in ECMAScript (ES) and the foundational concepts of Node.js
  • Experience building public RESTful interfaces and can describe the tenets of REST, compare REST to SOAP
  • Experience with GIT based source control solutions (Github, Gitlab, etc)
  • Has worked extensively with TypeScript or a language that utilizes static typing
  • Front-end development experience with Angular, preferably Angular 5+
