Job Summary
A modern software platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning, designing, and implementing some more complex features
- Keeping UI fresh and modern
- Having a strong voice in the development and planning processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of Ruby/Rails or similar frameworks
- Deep understanding of relational databases
- 3+ years experience in front end frameworks such as Angular, React, Backbone
- Expert knowledge of modern UI/UX
- Master of frontend web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, ajax, etc.
- Knowledge of extension languages like HAML, SASS, CoffeeScript
