Job Summary

A systems integration company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Functional Consultant Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Create & maintain proactive hiring data to supply TA team with necessary information for all recruiting activities
  • Conduct interview coordination activities for fast paced, high growth SF Practice & on-boarding employees
  • Lead 1 day orientation workshop monthly

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years of Salesforce project experience
  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin preferable
  • Interest in working in recruiting to onboarding experience for Salesforce Partner & internal creation & management of those processes
  • Experience in the recruiting and talent management space preferred
  • Ability to host business requirements meetings with the client
