Job Summary

A software and recruitment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Funder Closer in Irvine.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Perform daily funding functions and post consummation closing disclosures to required expectations
• Ability to problem solve during funding process with management branches, investors, closing agents and settlement agents
• Assist in problem resolution of errors identified by Post Closing/ investors

Required Skills:

• 2+ years' experience in doc drawing and funding
• Must have a current working knowledge of TRID
• Proficient with Encompass or other mortgage LOS systems
• Strong attention to detail
