Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Senior GCP Development Operations Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping us establish frictionless delivery systems for the development team to adopt
- Designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in Infrastructure as Code
- Helping containerize applications and move workloads to Kubernetes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Comfort writing tools in modern languages like Go, Node, Python, etc
- 4+ years running and managing production workloads in Kubernetes and GCP
- Comfort with shell scripting techniques
- Experience managing CI/CD systems
- Strong understanding of both Kubernetes software design patterns
- Strong understanding/experience with Linux system administration
