Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior General Ledger Accountant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing lease accounting under ASC 842, accounting for investments and all expense reimbursement accruals
- Serving as a backup for accounting of other functional areas
- Creating, implementing and maintaining scalable processes, policies and controls within the team and cross-functionally
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
- Combination of public accounting and industry experience in a SOX environment
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superb written and oral communication skills
