Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical services organization is seeking a Remote Senior Genomic Medicine Scientist.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for the operational delivery of multiple aspects of a client program or project to timelines
- Provide hands-on implementation/support of pathology whole slide image analysis tools and technology
- Work alongside scientists in the biomarker and digital pathology groups to manage, prepare and analyze diverse datasets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent programming skills in one or more analytics packages such as R, Python, and/or MATLAB
- Fluent in one or more digital pathology analysis software packages
- Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 5 or more years working experience in the biopharmaceutical, CRO, or academia; Or MS with more extensive working experience
- Prior experience working within the biotech/pharma industry
- Demonstrated expertise and experience with applying machine learning and/or deep learning tools for data analysis
