Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior Geospatial Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in defining data, business process and/or system requirements
- Troubleshooting errors within ArcGIS and the enterprise GIS environment
- Evaluating existing data and processes and develop action plans for migration to an enterprise GIS
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimal travel required (approximately 20%)
- 3+ years technical experience with ArcGIS
- Candidates must be able to obtain a secret security clearance (proof of U.S. Citizenship is required)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Geography/GIS, Science, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of cartographic procedures and experience generating maps
- Knowledge of Federal data standards including FGDC and SDSFIE
