Job Summary
A research and technology group is filling a position for a Remote Senior Geospatial Web Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing geospatial analyses, applications, and systems
- Contributing to geospatial activities working on cross-Institute teams
- Developing modular code designed for reuse and/or productization
Required Skills:
- At least a BA/BS and 8 years’ experience or a MA/MS and 6 years’ experience
- Experience with Python scripting
- Experience with web platforms/frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Prior experience developing for one or more environments including desktop, web, mobile, and cloud
- Ability to query and build applications leveraging relational, key value, and/or graph databases
