Job Summary

A diversified technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Global Care Management Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning, defining and managing the execution and commercialization of the care management service solution roadmap
  • Serving as an internal and external expert on care management solutions and ensure our efforts deliver the greatest value possible to our customers
  • Leading and translating a larger strategic vision into a concrete, prioritized plan that can be executed on to deliver meaningful value/ROI to customers

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • chelor’s degree, MBA highly preferred 5+ years of experience in care management programs, including case management, disease management, population health or utilization management Experience with heath care IT industry and managed care services Experience in defining scalable SaaS solutions and delivery platforms Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix structure and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization Familiarity with real world data and provider-facing software (e.g. EMR systems), including the challenges associated with accessing and using them. Ability to identify, develop and launch solutions that deliver superior customer value Strong understanding of trends impacting healthcare delivery, including value-based care, patient management, and healthcare technology Working knowledge of US healthcare insurance and global payer policy.
  • Work autonomously and be able to take ownership of solution prioritization decisions Conduct market research develop value propositions and financial models that evaluate business opportunity and potential risk Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, clinical, design, legal, research, regulatory, security and privacy Produce deliverables that tell concise business stories using data-driven, evidence-based, and human centered arguments Develop a thorough understanding of customer behavior, competitive trends, and business drivers Define product content and optimize workflow efficiencies to meet customer needs as well as meeting regulatory accreditation requirements Evaluates buy vs build vs partner to determine the best solution for an integrated service Able to adapt to competing demands, take on new responsibilities, and adjust plans to meet changing priorities You are a part of The position resides in the Sleep and Respiratory Care Business Group of Philips Healthcare supporting the home respiratory care business unit.
