Job Summary
A personal care device manufacturer is seeking a Remote Senior Global Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing the annual compensation review cycle and serves as advisor during the process
- Conducting comprehensive compensation analysis based on market benchmarks, internal equity, compensation philosophy, and market conditions
- Designing and reviewing pay structures to gain harmonization and global alignment to the job architecture in multiple job markets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent required
- 2-5 year of relevant experience in compensation required, preferable in a global setting
- Knowledge of US federal and state regulations, and global pay practices
- Strong ability to process large data sets in Excel with high levels of accuracy and reliability
