Job Summary

A personal care device manufacturer is seeking a Remote Senior Global Compensation Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Completing the annual compensation review cycle and serves as advisor during the process
  • Conducting comprehensive compensation analysis based on market benchmarks, internal equity, compensation philosophy, and market conditions
  • Designing and reviewing pay structures to gain harmonization and global alignment to the job architecture in multiple job markets

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent required
  • 2-5 year of relevant experience in compensation required, preferable in a global setting
  • Knowledge of US federal and state regulations, and global pay practices
  • Strong ability to process large data sets in Excel with high levels of accuracy and reliability
