Job Summary
An information technology company specializing in cybersecurity management solutions has a current position open for a Remote Senior Global Customer Marketing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a global customer advocacy strategy and framework in order to engage the most compelling stories within our customers
- Develop a broad set of customer content and create a library of testimonials, videos, case studies across all personas
- Manage the library and provide updated visibility on the status of assets and how they can be leveraged
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated eagerness to understand your customers and motivations and how to create value for them
- Ability to apply creative thinking to develop innovative customer engagement programs
- Demonstrated exceptional project management skills
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or another related field
- 8+ years of proven experience in growing a successful customer marketing or advocacy program
- Direct experience building and expanding customer communities for software companies
