Job Summary

An enterprise software support and service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Global Innovations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Deciding on innovation strategy, its implementation, and the next steps in the Innovation process
• Monitoring new trends in technology
• Presenting RSI strategy and vision to outside groups and organizations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience working with the latest technologies
• Must be a technology leader with a software engineering background
• Must have played a role as an Architect or Engineering Manager in prior career
• Must have deep understanding of open-source technologies including Python, Django, PHP and MariaDB
• Must be passionate about new ideas and should be able to think through the complete solution footprint
• Must be able to present the value proposition to upper management, internal and external stake holders
