Job Summary
An enterprise software support and service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Global Innovations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Deciding on innovation strategy, its implementation, and the next steps in the Innovation process
- Monitoring new trends in technology
- Presenting RSI strategy and vision to outside groups and organizations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience working with the latest technologies
- Must be a technology leader with a software engineering background
- Must have played a role as an Architect or Engineering Manager in prior career
- Must have deep understanding of open-source technologies including Python, Django, PHP and MariaDB
- Must be passionate about new ideas and should be able to think through the complete solution footprint
- Must be able to present the value proposition to upper management, internal and external stake holders
