Job Summary
A marketing firm is in need of a Remote Senior Global Marketing Customer Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing onboarding, adoption, retention, upsell/cross-sell marketing campaigns for existing and new products
- Working closely with the product marketing, product, and CS teams to build a customer advisory board
- Creating, managing and executing the strategic plan tied to customer lifecycle marketing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Business/marketing-related degree
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on customer marketing
- Experience establishing and running customer marketing programs for B2B SaaS for Enterprise
- Knowledge/experience using related tools
- Ability to have a creative + strategic mindset
- Ability to work across multiple cultures
