Job Summary

A security platform company is seeking a Remote Senior Global People Operations Generalist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading US Open Enrollment efforts and global benefits administration
  • Leading various people projects through implementation
  • Participating in design/development of new hire orientation and onboarding programs

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years in an innovative People Operations role
  • Experience partnering with international and distributed teams
  • Experience managing complex immigration policies and matters
  • Excellent understanding of administration and business process within Workday is required
  • Deep understanding of immigration issues related to employment and benefits
  • Experience in benefits administration to include healthcare, 401k and additional perks
