Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Global Sales Enablement Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create sales content, training materials, hosting webinars
- Partner with cross-functional and regional enablement teams and subject matter experts
- Organize, host and facilitate planning meetings with field councils, competitive teams, etc
Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of Sales Enablement experience in High-Tech industry
- Excellent knowledge of training best practices
- Experience delivering training through a variety of delivery methods
- Understanding of one or more sales methodologies (i.e. Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC, etc)
- Experience working with one or more sales enablement platforms to curate, publish and organize content
- Extensive program management and collaboration skills to drive metric-based business results
