Job Summary

A non-profit research institute is seeking a Remote Senior Global Talent Development Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assembling effective, scalable, and affordable curricula
• Partnering with instructional designers/developers to establish clear, relevant learning objectives
• Maintaining industry knowledge and awareness of trends related to learning and leadership development and talent management

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of experience internal or external learning role including design, development, facilitation,
• Able to serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to the Institute on latest developments
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, organizational training, organizational development, corporate education, or equivalent
