Job Summary
A biotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Global Trade Compliance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing day to day import/export operations
- Preparing relevant import/export documentation
- Performing post import/export documentation reviews
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or work-related experience
- 4-5 years of experience working with import/export compliance clearance for cross-border transactions
- Eperience working directly with US and other Customs Agencies in addition to other government agencies
- Experience and understanding of HTS classification and FDA classification
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience obtaining import licenses and permits government agencies
