Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Go To Market Care and Marketing HR Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building trust and strong business relationships with Go-To-Market, Care and Marketing management and employees through a highly consultative, collaborative, and active problem-solving approach
- Partnering with reporting HRBP Director on a multitude of HR initiatives and Go-To-Market business objectives
- Supporting the Employee Relations COE to help conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations regarding employee relation issues specifics to the Go-To-Market teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting geographically distributed teams
- Experience supporting a Go-To-Market organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and display initiative and innovation
- Proven strong business acumen and demonstrated success driving business results
- Ability to partner on quarterly reporting for Go-To-Market HR metrics such as hiring, attrition, employee engagement activities, and DI&B initiatives
- Ability to analyze trends and metrics in partnerships, and provide recommendations on solutions, programs, and policies
