Job Summary

A marketing technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Go to Market Operations and Analytics Manager.

Must be able to:

• Act as business owner for the customer success platform
• Develop forecast models to support account management and renewal calls
• Own and optimize measurement and tracking of all marketing touchpoints

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in a Customer Operations or Marketing Operations role in a start-up
• Strong Experience with CRM, marketing automation and customer success platform
• Deep understanding of measurement and attribution approaches
• Digital marketing experience managing campaign tracking across paid media tools
• Ability to oversee marketing technology and automation solutions
• Ability to think and act from a place of customer understanding and empathy
