Job Summary
A data and user analytics management service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Go To Market Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing high leverage roles
- Closing candidates of all levels
- Guiding recruiting strategy and decisions with a data-driven approach
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience must focus on GTM roles
- Proven track record recruiting and sourcing candidates of all levels
- Ability to strategically partner with and advise GTM leaders throughout the recruiting process
- Understanding of what great process-driven recruiting looks like
