A privately-held technology startup is filling a position for a Remote Senior Go To Market Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build a diverse candidate pool, with a focus on passive sourcing
• Act as a strategic business partner to hiring managers
• Support the development of our employer brand

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience in recruiting Sales and Customer Success professionals, from Associate to VP level
• Prior experience of working in an enterprise software company (open source preferred)
• Well-networked with prior experience of recruiting across North America and EMEA
• Data-driven decision making, experienced in insights-led sourcing
• Proficient in various tools including MS Office, Google Suite, WordPress
