Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading internal and external compliance programs
- Creating and conducting internal control audits
- Proactively identifying areas of improvement within the company,
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Practical experience with policy and regulatory mandates such as COBIT, and SOC1/SOC2
- BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or similar with at least 3 years experience
- Practical experience with NIST Risk Management Framework and associated standards
- Practical experience leading internal compliance programs
- Fundamental technical understanding of key technologies such as operating systems
