Job Summary

A healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Process Documentation Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying, assessing and promoting innovative government programs opportunities for CCX and national healthplan
  • Providing internal CCX support, guidance and direction in the development of product initiatives
  • Serving as an extension of the account team with the ability to lead client focused discussions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel: 20-30%
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MA or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in managed care, Medicare, Medicaid
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Accountable Care Organizations, and Medicaid required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, thorough understanding of federal and state laws impacting health insurers
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
