Job Summary

A research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Graphic Designer in Bethesda.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and pitching rough drafts, visual presentations and design concepts, cultivating a solid body of work
  • Coordinating and managing the traffic forfreelance designer projects
  • Developing and managing visual assets, templates, various file formats, and file versioning

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media or Design/Visual Arts
  • Minimum of 8 years of design experience across both print and digital
  • Knowledge of information architecture, usability, and UI Design
  • Strong portfolio with examples of both web and print collateral, in addition to clear conceptual work
  • Experience with preparing files for print, in addition to strong working knowledge in PDF/X standards
