Job Summary
A specialty risk management advisory firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Group Benefits Account Executive Team Lead in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing client relationships and service client insurance needs
- Managing and mentoring team effectively, inspiring collaboration and team performance
- Initiating and following-up with clients and carriers to resolve problems, provide coverage guidance and education, answer questions, and provide correspondence and reports
Position Requirements Include:
- 7-10 years’ Group Benefits insurance brokerage experience managing large cases (500+ lives)
- Valid TX State Life, Accident and Health brokers’ license
- Proficiency in agency management systems and benefits applications
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience managing of large case fully insured and self-funded with RBP plans
- Full working knowledge of ACA and other compliance regulations
- Demonstrated advanced understanding of the various funding and distribution principles of stop loss, pharmacy benefit management, and life and disability programs
