Remote Senior Growth Marketer

Job Summary

A freight procurement company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Growth Marketer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Helping build the vision and set the future direction of Growth Marketing channels
• Building a best-in-class CRM / Growth Marketing program for our Marketing team
• Setting and leading the vision to inspire our prospects

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of lifecycle Marketing or CRM experience in a fast-paced, large-scale marketplace company
• 3+ years of Product Marketing experience
• Deep understanding of CRM strategy and management, with a strong sense of how it works under the hood
• Experience efficiency managing significant ad spend and deep experience with various ad platforms
• An agile marketer who is comfortable with an evolving organizational structure, and willing and able to put on many hats
• Strong inclination to continuously seek and refine optimal user experiences and best-in-class visual design
