- Leading and scaling a high performing team
- Going above and beyond the status quo of Google and Facebook advertising
- Utilizing data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience of acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing
- Had Direct oversight of Organic, SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, innovative digital channels
- Direct experience scaling digital performance and impact through “growth hacky” approaches
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- Experience building and scaling a self-service type model
- Track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
