Job Summary
A Christian meditation application company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Growth Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating & optimizing digital growth marketing & user acquisition advertising campaigns across mobile and desktop platforms
- Designing, developing and launching A/B test campaigns to optimize acquisition and conversion funnels
- Recruiting and managing agencies and consultants
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, channels, advertising creative
- Experience with advertising agencies or in-house performance marketing teams
- Has experience in mobile campaign management, campaign optimization, A/B testing and experiments
- Data experience and analytical skills is an absolute must-have
- Knowledge of the mobile marketing ecosystem: attribution, ad platforms, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, ASO
