Job Summary

A media production company is seeking a Remote Senior Growth Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning day-to day planning, optimizations and operations of user acquisition
• Identifying target audiences and developing segmentation strategies
• Managing all aspects of the campaign cycle

Qualifications Include:

• 2x/year in-person team retreat
• 4+ years of experience in paid user acquisition, growth marketing, and/or media planning/buying
• Have a holistic view of the marketing funnel and understand the role of each channel
• Bias towards analytics and measurement with a track record of beating revenue and ROAS goals
• Experience with cohort analysis for audiences to inform strategic planning
