Job Summary

A mental health brand has a current position open for a Remote Senior Growth Marketing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Setting and executing the self-serve global strategy and roadmap for growth and performance marketing
• Building and optimizing a multi-channel growth go-to-market strategy with a strong focus on scaled digital channels and capabilities
• Planning, allocating, and optimizing budget against highest returning activities and channels globally

Qualifications Include:

• Experience marketing to HR benefits leaders, and/or healthcare-related background
• Marketing Campaign Management
• Solid project management skills
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
• Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability
• Proficient with Analytics
