A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Growth Operations Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting local market research and stakeholder analysis
- Owning and improving key components of the implementation playbook
- Designing growth experiments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or another related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare management consulting or similar large-scale initiatives
- 2+ years of Project Management experience utilizing agile frameworks
- Have planned and executed strategic initiatives successfully
- Previous experience navigating CMS regulations
