Job Summary
A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Growth Operations Manager in Miami.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping the Growth team to achieve our demand generation goal
- Defining and driving strategy to increase engagement
- Developing and managing our marketing automation system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A B.S. or B.A. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 5+ years experience developing email strategies, building email nurtures and executing on campaigns
- 3+ years in marketing automation platforms especially Hubspot and confident in HTML and CSS
- Experience in building smart lists, workflows and other processes
- Extensive experience in creating, reviewing, managing and optimizing lead workflows
