Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Remote Senior Growth Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Define, analyze and own KPIs to validate and drive the success of features and the product as a whole
• Report on insights, status, and tradeoffs across company’s products
• Develop the case for new features and initiatives, articulating value proposition, risk, and strategy

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Product Development role
• Professional experience with financial services or retail banking
• Basic understanding of product engineering and architecture to support software product-as-a-service
• Ability to clearly communicate product, technical, and business requirements
• Familiarity with common product management tools such as product board, Jira, Trello, etc
• Ability to be a vocal, active member of the team to ensure we are constantly raising our standard of work
