Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior HCM Technology Workday Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and leading a human capital technology strategy and roadmap
- Managing and supporting all HR information systems on a worldwide basis
- Coordinating and communicating all HRIS related activities including program and project management
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years in-depth HRIS experience including HR data management
- 5+ years experience leading and developing a team and delivering results at a Director level
- In-depth and hands-on experience with Workday required
- Solid understanding of BI and DataWarehousing concepts and methodologies
- Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required
- Experience implementing and managing ITGC SOX controls and global regulatory compliance
