Job Summary

A digital automotive marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Senior HCM Workday Analyst in Santa Monica.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as the Workday HCM system expert and primary point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes
• Developing system reporting and analytics to enable our HR business partners to identify trends and to empower leadership decision-making
• Supporting and testing for Workday system updates or upgrades

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 4+ years of Workday experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of HRIS experience
• Strong Workday Reporting including Advanced Reports, Matrix and composite reports
• Experience working with confidential information and critical business operations and processes
• Understand Workday security, SOX compliance, and controls to effectively manage and maintain security and roles
• Bachelor's Degree
