Job Summary
A governmental services assistance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Health and Human Services Programs Operations Manager in Baton Rouge.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting priorities, consolidating schedules, and monitoring activities to ensure program success
- Ensuring all cross project-dependencies are identified and communicated to project teams and stakeholders
- Ensuring that all program activities operate within the procedures defined by the organization
Required Skills:
- Open to travel up to 15-25%
- Bachelor’s degree
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in an operations, call center, or business process outsourcing field
- Three (3) or more years of people management/leadership experience
- Ability to work remotely in Baton Rouge, LA
- All other requirements necessary for this position
