Qualifications Include:

• 3 years combination of training and experience in Customer Service
• 4 years of customer service and public contact experience
• Knowledge of, or experience in the health care industry
• PC skills include Visio & Access with database creation and query knowledge
• Familiar with current lines of business and in-depth product knowledge
• College degree
