A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Health Insurance Claims Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing and identifying trends, and providing reports as necessary
- Providing excellent customer service
- Documenting appropriate payment or referring claims
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience working within a customer service role interacting with internal and external customers
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement
