Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Health Insurance Claims Representative.

Must be able to:

Document appropriate payment or refer claims to investigators for further review
Manage incoming Financial Protection claims and follow-up to claim assignment
Analyze and identify trends and provides reports as necessary

Qualifications Include:

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Experience working within a customer service role interacting with internal and external customers
