A healthcare technology consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Health Population Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Focusing on assisting practices to transform to patient-centered, value-based care clinics
• Providing project management and oversight to guide client’s ACO work
• Serving as first escalation point for client questions and concerns

• Candidate must be based in the state of North Carolina and requires up to 50% travel within the state
