Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Health Resource Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as back up relationship manager on family and corporate client relationships
- Manage client requests for Episodic services
- Manage Remote Second Opinion and Facilitated Appointment requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Comfortable with relational databases
- Prior experience in high touch client service role
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software applications effectively
