Remote Senior Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

A provider organization delivering integrated care to patients is seeking a Remote Senior Healthcare Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing, understanding, interpretting, and explaining complex membership, clinical, quality outcome, and performance data
• Taking ownership of assigned customer and analytic projects by evaluating data requirements, designing analytics approach
• Effectively identifying, understanding, and communicating customer analytics needs and reporting business requirements

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in informatics, statistics, mathematics, or related discipline
• 5 plus years of direct experience in healthcare business analysis
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy coding, claims payment processes, claims, clinical, quality, and eligibility data characteristics
• Working knowledge of relational database structures, data management best practices, and healthcare/life sciences data elements
• Strong experience using Tableau, Power BI, and open-source reporting packages
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
