Job Summary

A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is in need of a Remote Senior Healthcare and Pharmaceutical End To End Implementations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Work across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all stakeholders
• Manage staff (internal, external, matrixed) including SMEs and senior project managers
• Design curriculum and deliver new manager trainings

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience
• 7-10 years’ experience in business operations, project management, implementations, or business process development
• 7-10 years’ experience managing, leading, and developing teams
• 7+ years’ proficiency with applications
• 7+ years’ knowledge of strategic planning and concepts
• 7+ years’ experience with business process development, implementations, migrations, system updates, or operational improvements
