Job Summary

A healthcare and research firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Healthcare and Research Customer Service Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Provide and communicate inventory status updates
  • Support a continuous improvement environment for department processes
  • Follow up and resolve discrepancies, credit holds, training requirements or product availability issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associates Degree with 13+ years experience or
  • Other specialized training
  • Experience in a customer service or closely related environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word or equivalent applications
  • Keyboard and personal computer skills
  • Organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
