Job Summary
A healthcare and research firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Healthcare and Research Customer Service Associate.
Must be able to:
- Provide and communicate inventory status updates
- Support a continuous improvement environment for department processes
- Follow up and resolve discrepancies, credit holds, training requirements or product availability issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates Degree with 13+ years experience or
- Other specialized training
- Experience in a customer service or closely related environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word or equivalent applications
- Keyboard and personal computer skills
- Organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
