Job Summary

A business solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare Billing Recovery Accounting Analyst in Sunrise.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and log
  • Managing monthly financial close process, financial analysis and reporting
  • Researching and resolving complex issues that may arise in reconciliation variances

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Some travel may be required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years related work experience with demonstrated accounting and technical expertise and knowledge required
  • Applicable Healthcare Billing and Recovery industry experience
  • HIGLAS user and technical expertise required, based upon contract assignment
  • Demonstrated technical experience with various applications
  • Some experience with direct or indirect supervision of staff and/or functional ownership
