Job Summary
A managed healthcare and benefits company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Healthcare Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze and transform needs and goals
- Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Create Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, User Training materials and other related documentations
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years of business analysis experience
- 6+ years managed care experience
- Proficiency in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to job-related subject areas
- Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze and transform needs and goals
- Ability to create Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, User Training materials and other related documentations
